Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr is an IFBB Fitness Pro competitor model and sponsored athlete. She started competing in fitness contests at the age of sixteen after having ended gymnastics in her youth. When she was 17, she won her pro card only one year after. Ariel Khadr competes as an IFBB Fitness Pro model, and is sponsored by Ariel Khadr. Ariel Khadr started her fitness show career when she was just 16 at which point she stopped her gymnastics. In the span of a year, she obtained her professional license at 17 years old. She became one of the oldest IFBB Pro ever. Ariel was off the stage for the duration of six years, in order to complete her university. In 2015, she continued her path from last year's the most prestigious contests such as Mr. Olympia and Toronto Pro Supershow. She competed for a few years after her first appearance and set herself new goals each year. By 2009, she'd won four other fitness titles. Including the 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champion. She became one of the oldest IFBB Fitness Pro in history (aged 17). Ariel Ariel Ariel took an absence of six years from competitive sports when she earned her pro-card to finish her college education. When she earned her IFBB Fitness Pro Card Ariel was able to make a comeback in Phoenix Europa Games 2015. Phoenix Europa Games 2015 in October. In the competition, she finished third. In June of 2016 saw her named the overall winner at the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow, and thus qualified to compete in the Fitness Olympia. After three months she took to the Olympia stage and took home the position of 6th within the Fitness Division. Ariel admitted that she did not have any expectations before and was very proud of the result. In light of the fact that she had to compete against some of the top competitors. Ariel keeps impressing with an improved version of her physique each year. Ariel's favorite body part to exercise includes her lower back. Her usual back workout is made up of bent over rowing, single arm lat pull-downs with a machine. and seated rows. The first step is warming up before moving on to her working sets. Ariel uses her time efficiently. The way she achieves this is by supersetting the back exercises she does. Three or four supersets of 10--12 reps are completed.
